Zen meditation

Zazen — quiet, seated meditation, every Wednesday, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

On zoom & in-person (HoC, Lilletorget 1, Oslo)

Zen meditation is not about achieving a special state or being someone other than who we already are,

but to face reality as it actually is, from moment to moment.

 

This is not a space for preaching or religion, but a place to let go of the same old thoughts so that the life force can flow freely.

 

We practice together because something happens together that is not possible on our own.

 

  • 2 x 20 minutes of silent meditation, with 5 minutes of walking meditation in between.

  • Opportunity to share and ask questions.
